In today's era of increasingly stringent environmental standards, how can we reduce the cost of pollution control for enterprises and facilitate their green development? Hubei Taihui Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taihui Technology") has provided an answer.

On October 24th, Taihui Technology and Dongfeng Jingguan Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dongfeng Jingguan") held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony at Dongfeng's headquarters in Caidian, Wuhan. The two parties will collaborate strategically to establish a surface treatment center, aiming to address the challenges of scattered painting operations in the local manufacturing industry and the difficulty in effectively managing VOCs. Mr. Zhu, General Manager of Dongfeng Jingguan, Mr. Ye, Executive Vice General Manager, Mr. Shen, Director of the Technology Department, and Mr. Zhang, General Manager of Taihui Technology, attended the ceremony.

According to the information from Qutiao Paint (Qutiao.com), Taihui Technology was established in 2020 and is a new modern professional company engaged in the research and development, production, sales, and technical services of powder coatings. The company covers an area of 33,000 square meters and has introduced 60 sets of new modern production lines from both domestic and international sources, as well as supporting testing and research equipment, with a production capacity of 30,000 tons of high-quality powder coatings per year. Dongfeng Jingguan, established in July 2011, is a joint venture between Dongfeng Group, one of the three major automobile groups in China, and Jingguan Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd., one of the three major agricultural machinery companies in Japan, which was founded in 1962. It can be said to have a strong background.

The multiple technologies of the Dongfeng Jingguan painting line, which Taihui Technology has taken over in this collaboration, are at the forefront of the industry. The equipment configuration has reached the leading level in domestic agricultural machinery painting, and even when compared to automotive painting lines, it also achieves a first-class level, possessing strong market competitiveness.

The D-line of the Dongfeng Jinguan Painting Workshop is the first agricultural machinery painting production line in China to adopt the "centralized distribution" production organization method. The 580 sets of lifting devices in the conveyor system are all equipped with independent load carriers. Through ultra-high frequency radio frequency read-write technology, it can ensure that each agricultural machinery part undergoes different processes as needed, is sprayed with the corresponding color, and is off-line according to the production programming sequence, before being sent to the corresponding complete machine in the general assembly workshop for assembly.

The Painting Line D consists of a pre-treatment electrophoresis line, a topcoat line, and a powder coating line, primarily engaged in the painting of components. The specific process flow is as follows: loading → hot water wash → pre-degreasing → degreasing → water wash → zirconium conversion coating (phosphorus-free pretreatment) → water wash → cathodic electrophoresis → water wash → electrophoresis drying → topcoat/powder coating → drying → unloading. The Painting Line D can produce 142 racks of parts per hour, and the performance testing standards for the coating film are fully implemented in accordance with Japanese Iseki specifications, leading the industry.

In a strategic partnership, both parties will collaborate to provide enclosed shared spraying technology services for manufacturing units such as automobile and machinery manufacturing, and agricultural machinery industries in Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, and its surrounding areas. This will be done based on the principle of "intensive construction and shared pollution control", leveraging high-end pollution control technology to effectively reduce atmospheric pollutant emissions. The aim is to promote the management and pollution control of related industries towards scientific, informational, and digital advancements.
